We process your order as soon as it is placed. Orders are shipped from our warehouses the next business day after placing the order. Delivery takes 2 to 6 business days through the shipping company. Our working hours/days are from Saturday to Thursday. During peak periods (new product launches, restocks, seasonal holidays, promotions), delivery may be delayed.

We cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has been shipped from our warehouses, and you are required to receive the order.

We only accept exchanges for products that are damaged or if the wrong product was sent instead of the ordered one. We have a branch at City Stars, Nasr City, Cairo, and we encourage our customers to try the products and fragrances before placing online orders, as returns or exchanges will not be accepted after opening or trying the product for hygiene reasons.

If you receive a damaged product or incorrect order after it has been shipped, you must receive the order first, then email us to request a return. In this case, we will be responsible for sending a replacement, and the customer will not incur any shipping fees. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the customer once the damaged product is received in our warehouses.

Payments made via Visa will be refunded within 10-14 days to your card.
Cash payments will be refunded via Instapay or Vodafone Cash.
The customer will not be charged any shipping fees in this case.

In case of receiving an item by mistake, we accept returns or exchanges only if the merchandise is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

You must contact us to request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order.

For late orders (any order shipped after 10 business days from the date of order placement), you may cancel the order by sending an email to Flamingo@flamingonaturalcosmetics.com.

If the products are not delivered to you, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel the order. Refunds will be processed to the credit or debit card used for payment unless otherwise requested.
